Each day, there will be a live poster session on Gather Town presented by the remote poster authors.

Pass: Check email or Whova Announcements
Check your Whova app and your email for the Gather Town link and password. You can enter at any time starting on October 12 but check the program for the special sessions where authors will be there.
We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with Gather Town (it should be intuitive for you). Try it before your session, you can enter any time.
1) Check the programme (here) for the day and time you must attend the virtual poster session. Please note that all authors who have virtual posters on the day indicated in the program must attend the virtual session on that day. However, you can always attend the other days if you wish.
2) Check the distribution of the rooms (here) to know where your poster is located. You must stay close to your poster during the whole session.
3) We ask authors to join the Gather Town link about 15 min before the Gather Town session of the day starts for troubleshooting. The access password will be sent via Whova to all authors and participants.
