Visa Letters of Invitation

Requesting an Invitation Letter

Conference participants that need a Visa invitation letter may request one either by:

• – Filling in the Invitation Letter request form;

• – Answering “Yes” on the “Do you need an invitation letter?” question, on the registration form.

All authors may request a Visa letter.
Non-author participants need to register first before we can issue an invitation letter. You can register here.
